Yes only if you come to pick up your product  at our office you can pay by cash.

Yes we use Paypal to handle credit card payments. Which is secure. 

Yes we give lifetime free support for all our Products sold by us. For all support inquiries are handled only through our online support form.

The free lifetime support does not include telephone assistance or onsite visits.

 If you require additional support please check out of support packages available for additional cost.

Yes all the Products and services does Include  Switzerland standard  VAT rate: 7.7%

Twenty four (24) months for Private customers and Six Months (6 Months) for Companies from the date of the original purchase.

We will send you the tracking number and the link to track your shipment once the product is ready to be shipped via currier.  For some reason if you didn’t get the tracking Number please contact us.

We strongly suggest our clients to buy at least a basic Online training package from us which will help you to Save time by hitting the ground running will Know what to do if something goes wrong. You Can contact us for these courses or check the Page “Training” to get more information.

We sell Products in our warehouse only. So everything you buy online will be shipped the next working Day or prior. All the products are shipped under the condition the full payment is received to us unless agreed  earlier.
